The psychology of a Kirby Factory Distributor?
A person who can motivate and retain young men and women (about 15 of us total) to go out in the cold or heat walking door to door to sell $2000 vacuums. I work for one and I was mesmerized by his leadership, his intelligence, the way he carried himself, his confidence. I longed to please him by working 12 to 16 hours a day even though he only worked a few hours in the comfort of his office. Why are human beings drawn to natural born leaders?
